Congratulations again on being selected by the Texas Business Hall of Fame Foundation as a 2018 scholarship recipient. This page will serve as the primary resource for the current class of scholarship recipients. Please be sure to select all the hyperlink to navigate through all the resources.

 


Scholar Information & Acknowledgement Form

In preparation for the November events we ask that you take a moment and review the Information and Acknowledgement Form. Please be aware of the items needed in order to fully complete the form. To ensure that no correspondence is missed please complete the form no later than July 1st. If needed the ticket information may be submitted at a later time, no later than August 1, 2018

Tickets Request Form 

Additional Tickets to the Induction Dinner should be purchased by August 1, 2018. You will receive two complimentary tickets (one for yourself and one for a guest) to attend the Dinner.  After that, you may purchase two tickets at a discounted price of $200 each. Any additional tickets will be at the regular price of $1,500 each. Please use the 'Ticket Request Form' to reserve your tickets and submit guest names. You will receive a formal invitation in the mail, however you do not need to return that reply card.             

Note: In anticipation of a large attendance, we are suggesting that you reserve your tickets as soon as possible.

 


Hotel Accommodations


TBHF will provide and arrange one night of accommodations for the recipients (room and tax only, November 1st) for those traveling from outside of Houston.  Please notify us if you will need a room, and what type you will need (double, king). For any others, a changing room will be provided for the day of the events. If additional nights are needed, TBHF will arrange for it at your expense. If you have any guests that will need accommodations, reservation information can be found on the Hotel Information page of the TBHF website, under the Induction Dinner tab.

 

 

Travel Reimbursement

 

For those who will be traveling from outside of Houston, any air travel arrangements must be booked and receipts or mileage submitted to the TBHF office by August 1st .  You will be reimbursed for the price of your plane ticket or standard mileage (both ways – maximum reimbursement of $200).  Please book early in order to receive the “Wanna Get Away” fares with Southwest Airlines.
